I asked Brian what happened and immediately he said "not on my watch". Whatever!
As I feel the anger building inside me...I calmly go and get my daughter. We go to the scene of the crime and I ask her what it was. She looks at me with 'those eyes' and says..."I just wanted to make our house more perfect!" I am shocked at her response. What?!?! I tell her to go and tell her dad what she just said. She does and he calmly tells her that we don't write on the walls. She comes back to me and again, I ask her why she did it. She then tells me that she was trying to write Gavin's name, and points to a certain area of 'art'. I tell her...again...that we don't write on the walls! I ask her what we write on and she answers 'paper'...ahh, so she does know. I ask her why she didn't come and get me to give her paper and she says "because I am a big girl and wanted to get it myself".
Where does she come up with this stuff?

I have some "art" in my bedroom. I am just glad that is the room that we were going to paint next. I'm just waiting for Olivia to start.

ha ha... Kids! I love it! I think it has added quite the perfect touch to the light switches!.... But really...how could you get mad at that precious face!
She will be an award-winning artist one day and that piece of art will be worth millions! Don't wash it off! Besides, your house does look perfect now...
