6 years

I really can't believe that I have been married for 6 years.

AND

that I have 2 kids

AND

that they are 4 years and 2 years old.

Most of all, I can't believe that i've been married for 6 years!

I really only seems like 2, yet it seems like i've been married forever, and that there wasn't a time that I didn't know Brian.

We had tried a couple of times to plan to go out for our anniversary, but, as it so happens....

we got married during football season.

Not that there's anything wrong with that,

but it just makes it really inconvenient if we ever want to go out and do something.

So, what I think we will start doing,

is celebrating a "SEMI-ANNUAL ANNIVERSARY"

where we celebrate in March...

it's easier to schedule around football in March

and yes, there is football in March.

There is football EVERY month.

We were able to "steal" away and hit a movie AND dinner!

The movie was horrible, so stupid and slow,

I won't even bore you with the name....

but dinner was AWESOME!

Three words...

The Sonora Grill

We told them it was our anniversary and they gave us a free dessert!

Brian said we should tell them it's our anniversary more often.

I laughed!

I really am happy with my life and the decision that I made to marry Brian.

We aren't the same people that we were when we got married,

but luckily for us,

we grew together, rather than apart.

I think that is the most important thing in a marriage.

We somehow make it work...

Things I love...

I love it when Brison comes and takes me by the hand and leads me to what he wants.

When we turn corners, he pulls a little harder.

I love when I put Brison to bed and I say

"night-night Gus"

and he says

"nigh-nigh"

and I say

"I love you"

and he says

"love ou"

in a whisper

I love how he says grandma *mama* and grandpa *bepa*

I love how he will hunker down and say "ready....HIKE" and take off running.

I love how, after running, he says..."I fast!"

I love how he puckers his lips

and will give me a kiss.

I love how excited he gets to lay in *sissie's* bed to read books.

I love how he *lights* up when he sees his cousins Gavin, KC, and his Uncle Lancie.

I LOVE how cute he is!

and

I love that he's mine FOREVER!

Brison's Birthday

My baby turned 2 today.

He woke up this morning and was so cute and talkative.

His smile just makes my day.

And anytime he freely gives hugs and kiss, I won't complain.

I just wish I could hold him ONE MORE TIME as a baby!

I'll miss doing this...

It's going to seem like FOREVER before we go again... So sad!
