I really can't believe that I have been married for 6 years.
AND
that I have 2 kids
AND
that they are 4 years and 2 years old.
Most of all, I can't believe that i've been married for 6 years!
I really only seems like 2, yet it seems like i've been married forever, and that there wasn't a time that I didn't know Brian.
We had tried a couple of times to plan to go out for our anniversary, but, as it so happens....
we got married during football season.
Not that there's anything wrong with that,
but it just makes it really inconvenient if we ever want to go out and do something.
So, what I think we will start doing,
is celebrating a "SEMI-ANNUAL ANNIVERSARY"
where we celebrate in March...
it's easier to schedule around football in March
and yes, there is football in March.
There is football EVERY month.
We were able to "steal" away and hit a movie AND dinner!
The movie was horrible, so stupid and slow,
I won't even bore you with the name....
but dinner was AWESOME!
Three words...
The Sonora Grill
We told them it was our anniversary and they gave us a free dessert!
Brian said we should tell them it's our anniversary more often.
I laughed!
I really am happy with my life and the decision that I made to marry Brian.
We aren't the same people that we were when we got married,
but luckily for us,
we grew together, rather than apart.
I think that is the most important thing in a marriage.
We somehow make it work...

Congrats!! Time does fly by so fast doesn't it?! I wish you another 6 years of happiness and many more after that! Cory and I will celebrate 5 years in March, I think March is a great time to celebrate anniversarys ;)

I would like to comment on the part where you talked about the free dessert...So Brian said "we should tell them it's our anniversary more often" and you "laughed". Are you sure you didn't really just "roll your eyes"??? I think that's how it really went. Love ya! Happy Anniversary the 27th.
I think the DAVIES family was truly blessed when you decided to marry Brian!! Just wait til you celebrate 22 years and your kids are old....like 19 and 15!!!!
Congrats KC!! :) It is crazy that we had 6 weddings that summer! oh how the time flies!! :) I love your blog layout! you are such a cute blogger! I need lessons. Maybe I'd update more often if I knew how to actually do it.
